Fantastic place with amazing staff!

We stayed for 4 nights and loved it. The room was super modern and really comfy. The staff, especially Jonathan, made us feel like family. they were so nice and helpful. The location's perfect for exploring nearby food spots. Only thing was the bar could've had a bit more variety, but still enjoyed chilling there.

The pool needs more umbrellas and shade options!!! The shower design led to water pooling on the floor. Common area carpets had an unpleasant odor. Additionally, the noise level during breakfast was incredibly distracting!!!

I stayed with my family for two nights and faced numerous problems. The room wasn't cleaned, the coffee maker was broken, and I didn't receive change at checkout. On the bright side, the location by the beach is fantastic, but be ready for possible service shortcomings.

The hotel is clean, modern, and conveniently located within walking distance to Parque de los Novios, where I enjoyed local dining and entertainment options.
